Trainee abroad
After a thorough learning process in the Netherlands, you will leave to work on one of our locations in Ethiopia, Kenya or Uganda. As a trainee you will get the opportunity to develop your talents during a period to be determined, depending on your knowledge and experience. You will become extensively acquainted with the various production- and managing processes and cultivation techniques surrounding cutting products of both Deliflor and Beekenkamp Plants. Eventually, after the trainee period, you will find your way as a manager at one of the locations in Africa.
What is expected of you?
A university of applied science (HBO) working and thinking level (preferably in horticultural business/related studies), or higher. You want to develop yourself further. You are convinced of your own abilities, and you have the ambition to make a difference in a leading company. You have a keen interest in cultivation issues. Of course you have entrepreneurial skills, a high degree of flexibility and a pioneering spirit. You are well motivated to go to Africa.
