What data may we collect and process from you and what do we use it for?
We need personal data to process an application. To this end, we collect and process the following data from you. These are contact details such as your first and last name, e-mail address and telephone number. But also data from your cover letter or CV, such as your date of birth and information about your education and work experience. The same contact data are collected and processed when sending the contact form.
For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
Beekenkamp Group processes your personal data for the following purposes, on the basis of ‘consent’:
- To call or email you if you have filled in the contact form or application form for this purpose.
Automated decision-making
Beekenkamp Group does not make decisions based on automated processing (algorithms) that could have adverse consequences for you. These are decisions made by computer programmes or systems without a human being (e.g. an employee of Beekenkamp Group) being involved.
How long do we keep your data?
Beekenkamp Group will not keep your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realise the purposes for which your data are collected. We keep your data (via the application and contact form) for a maximum of 4 weeks. We may, depending on the purpose of the application, keep your data for up to 1 year in consultation, but only if we have received your explicit consent to do so.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Beekenkamp Group does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Beekenkamp Group remains responsible for this processing.

Viewing, correcting or deleting data

This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold on you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you. You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to info@beekenkamp.nl. To ensure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. A Data Protection Officer has been appointed within Beekenkamp Group. The Data Protection Officer ensures the protection of your privacy and that of its employees. You also have the option of filing a complaint. How we secure personal data
Beekenkamp Group takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. We have taken the following measures to secure your personal data:
